From being left to die in a basement from internal parasites and mange to living the life he deserves; eating grass, making friends, sleeping in our bed— Sparky has changed my life for the better. He’s inspired so many, and I’m so proud of his strength. ❤️

We rescued Rain and her siblings (swipe to see Liberty, River and Rain snoozing) last winter during a snow storm when a farmer abandoned them. They were terrified, they had their tails cut off, and needed us— so we did it, all thanks to all of you.. we saved them ALL. All three siblings now get to live a beautiful life now at the sanctuary, and it makes me so so happy. I love curling up next to Rain during farm chores, she absolutely loves it. She loves when I rub under her chin and I love seeing her doze off and go back to sleep. I absolutely adore pigs, I respect pigs, I understand their different personalities, I know which pigs need extra attention, and I know which pigs prefer to be left alone at times. I know that there are so many pigs like Rain that need us and I know there are so many of you out there that want to see pigs like Rain find sanctuary here in the future. We cannot save more pigs until we start chipping away at our new barn build. It’s a big project, and it’s a big ask. I’m hoping to raise $1,000 before the weekend towards this build.
